After attending the University of California, San Diego, Sheila began an early start in real estate investing that has given her significant insight into her client’s perspectives for over 20 years. Her extensive commercial real estate background includes the listings and sales of several high profile buildings in San Diego, including the KEATING BUILDING and the LOUIS BANK of COMMERCE. 

She co-published D-TOWN the award-winning downtown community newspaper and held the COO position in a global transportation startup. Sheila blends her diverse financial expertise with an insiders understanding of marketing and negotiation. Along with her California real estate license, she has also earned her California insurance licenses in both Life and Health and series 3 NFA, as well as both the 7 and 65 securities licenses through the National Association of Securities Dealers. 

She served on the board of Keepers Of The Wild Nature Park and is currently active in their large expansion project. She sat on the Board of Director’s for Coronado Pop Warner also serving as Head cheer coach for her daughter’s squad. Other philanthropic activities have included the UCSD Hospital Doula Program for underserved communities.
